To prepare a CV or related document, clients may provide contact details, work history, education, qualifications, skills, photographs and other career-related information.

2. How information is used

Information is used only as needed to provide the requested service, communicate with the client, prepare documents, process revisions and maintain service records.

3. Sharing

Client information is not intentionally sold to third parties. Information may pass through communication or file-storage services used by the client or CV Writer Mauritius, such as WhatsApp or cloud storage, subject to those providers’ own policies.

4. Document care

Reasonable care is taken when handling client documents. Clients should avoid sending passwords, bank card details or unrelated highly sensitive information that is not required for the service.

5. Retention

Working files may be retained for a reasonable period to support revisions or future updates. A client may request deletion of working copies, subject to practical and legal record-keeping requirements.
