1. Service scope

CV Writer Mauritius provides document writing, rewriting, formatting and related career-document services based on information supplied by the client. We do not guarantee employment, interviews or recruitment outcomes.

2. Client information

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Before approving the final document, the client must carefully verify names, dates, contact details, qualifications, employment history and all other facts.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the service fee is payable to confirm and start the work. The remaining 50% is payable after the final review and before the final unlocked document is released.

4. Revisions

Up to 3 revision rounds are included in the quoted service. The client should group requested changes clearly and review the document carefully. Further revisions, major rewrites or new information provided after approval may incur an additional fee.

5. Delivery time

Estimated turnaround begins once the required information and initial payment are received. Fast delivery may be available, but times can vary according to workload, complexity and client response time.

6. ATS compatibility

Documents are prepared using ATS-conscious formatting practices. However, recruitment systems differ, and CV Writer Mauritius cannot guarantee how every third-party ATS, employer portal or recruiter will process or rank a document.

7. Final files

The final unlocked file is released after the service balance has been paid. Preview or locked versions may be used during the review stage.

8. Refunds

Because the service involves customised writing and design work, fees for work already started or completed are generally non-refundable. Any exception is at the discretion of CV Writer Mauritius.

9. Communication

WhatsApp may be used for file transfer, approvals, revisions and general communication. The client should keep copies of final files for their records.
